I am: a writer, poet, journalist, online addict, Twitter-a-holic, Facebook stalker, health and fitness junkie, non-fiction nerd, novel-reading dog lover, sofa-dwelling editor, dedicated runner and world explorer. I specialize in new media.
I graduated from Knox College with a B.A. in Creative Writing in 2003. Since then, I have written for newspapers and magazines across the country, including the Atlanta-Journal Constitution in Atlanta, Princeton Packet Publications in central New Jersey and ALIVE women’s magazine in St. Louis. I currently write for a variety of websites, including Livestrong.com, Run.com and Yahoo! Shine, as well as work on book writing and blog projects.
